2011/03/28. STERN, actively participated in the Construction of the new viaduct of Millau

STERN, actively participated in the Construction of the new viaduct of Millau, specifically in the Making of the hydraulic cylinder ENERPAC responsible for that were used both to drive to lift the bridge pillars. The job was basically in supply more than 250 cylinders of 5 different types, which are needed to build such a magnificent work of engineering.

The megabridge of Millau is the most highest, with 343 m. Height and 2,460 m. Long. The viaduct, which was buildt in only three years, is based on seven pillars with an arrow and connects the road from Paris to the Cote d'Azur through the Massif Central.
